These Terms of Service and Privacy Notice (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://sbotlabs.com (the “Website”) and the SBot Assistant mobile or web application (the “App”). The Website and App are operated by BCC Live, Inc. (“BCC Live,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Website or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or App.
1. Our Services
SBot Labs provides tools, software, and internal production-support services for event and broadcast operations. The Website provides information about SBot Labs and related services. The App, SBot Assistant, is intended to help authorized BCC Live employees, contractors, and approved production personnel coordinate event and broadcast productions, including ticketing, schedules, cloud functions, inventory services, race-day workflows, and AI-assisted production coordination.
2. Website Use
The Website is informational. We do not collect personal information through the Website, and we do not track users on the Website. We do not use the Website to sell personal information, run targeted advertising, or build behavioral profiles.
You may access and view the Website for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the Website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, use automated tools to scrape or disrupt the Website, or use the Website in a way that violates applicable law.
3. App Eligibility and Authorized Users
The App is intended for authorized users only, including BCC Live employees, contractors, and other approved personnel involved in event or broadcast operations. The App is not intended for general public use, consumer use, or use by children.
We may deny, suspend, or terminate App access at any time if we believe your use is unauthorized, unsafe, unlawful, inconsistent with production needs, or otherwise violates these Terms.
4. Account Registration and User Responsibilities
To use the App, you may be required to register, authenticate, or otherwise identify yourself. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.
You agree not to share App access with unauthorized people, impersonate another person, access systems you are not authorized to access, interfere with production systems, or use the App for purposes unrelated to BCC Live event and broadcast operations.
5. App Permissions
The App may request access to certain device permissions. These permissions are used only when needed to support production workflows and only when you grant permission through your device or operating system settings.
The App may request location access to support event logistics, crew coordination, race-day operations, mapping, venue operations, or other broadcast-production workflows.
The App may request access to your camera to capture photos, video, QR codes, barcodes, inventory information, venue details, production assets, or other production-related materials.
The App may request access to your camera roll or photo library to allow you to select, upload, attach, or share production-related media.
You can manage or revoke device permissions through your device settings. Some App features may not function properly if required permissions are denied or revoked.
6. Information We Collect in the App
If you register for or use the App, we may collect information from BCC Live employees, contractors, and approved production personnel, including:
- name, email address, phone number, login, or account information;
- employment, contractor, crew, role, or production-assignment information;
- scheduling, availability, event, race-day, or production-planning information;
- location information, if you grant location permission;
- photos, videos, camera captures, or media from your camera roll, if you grant camera or photo-library permission and use those features;
- information submitted through ticketing, inventory, race-day, scheduling, cloud-function, or AI-assisted tools;
- communications, notes, requests, messages, or other content you provide through the App.
We collect and use this information to operate the App, support BCC Live productions, coordinate crews and contractors, manage event workflows, operate ticketing and inventory systems, assist with race-day logistics, support cloud functions, and provide AI-assisted production coordination tools.
7. Information We Do Not Sell
We do not sell App user information. We do not use App user information for targeted advertising. We do not use the Website to collect or track personal information.
8. Third-Party Vendors and Service Providers
The App may interact with third-party vendors and service providers used by BCC Live to support production workflows. These vendors may include ConnectWise, Google, and OpenAI.
Depending on the feature used, interaction with ConnectWise ticket boards, Google services, race-day schedules, race-day cloud functions, inventory services, AI tools, or related production systems may involve sharing user information, production information, schedule information, location information, media, tickets, messages, prompts, outputs, or other submitted content with those vendors.
Third-party vendors may process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, data-processing agreements, security practices, and applicable laws. We use these services to operate, maintain, improve, and coordinate the App and related production workflows.
You should not submit confidential, sensitive, personal, or regulated information into third-party tools unless doing so is authorized, necessary for the production workflow, and consistent with BCC Live policies.
9. AI-Assisted Features
The App may provide access to AI-assisted tools used to support production coordination, scheduling, ticketing, inventory, planning, troubleshooting, or other operational workflows.
AI tools may process prompts, files, images, messages, schedule information, ticket information, event information, or other submitted content. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them in a production, operational, safety, legal, financial, or personnel context.
AI tools are not a substitute for professional judgment, production supervision, safety procedures, legal advice, or management approval.
10. Production Content and User Submissions
You may upload, submit, capture, attach, or transmit information through the App, including photos, videos, files, notes, tickets, inventory records, schedule information, location information, and other production-related content (“User Content”).
You retain any rights you have in your User Content. By submitting User Content through the App, you grant BCC Live a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, process, and share that User Content as reasonably necessary to operate the App, coordinate productions, provide related services, comply with legal obligations, and support BCC Live business operations.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content and that your User Content does not violate the rights of others, confidentiality obligations, production restrictions, venue rules, client agreements, or applicable law.
11. Confidentiality and Production Restrictions
The App may provide access to non-public production information, client information, event information, credentials, schedules, maps, venue details, inventory records, tickets, internal notes, or other confidential information.
You agree to protect confidential information accessed through the App and to use it only for authorized BCC Live production purposes. You may not disclose, publish, copy, export, share, or misuse confidential information except as authorized by BCC Live or required for your assigned work.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Website or App to:
- violate any law, regulation, contract, venue rule, client requirement, or production policy;
- access, copy, modify, or interfere with systems, accounts, data, or content without authorization;
- upload malware, malicious code, or harmful files;
- harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, or harm another person;
- submit unlawful, infringing, misleading, or unauthorized content;
- disrupt event operations, broadcast operations, ticketing systems, schedules, inventory services, cloud functions, or AI tools;
- reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, overload, probe, or attack the Website, App, or related systems;
- use the App for personal surveillance, unauthorized tracking, or non-production purposes.
13. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain App information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the App, support productions, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support BCC Live operations.
Because the App is used for business, employment, contractor, and production records, some information may be retained as part of operational records, event records, accounting records, personnel records, legal records, client records, or audit trails.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your App account by contacting tom@bcclive.com. We will evaluate requests according to applicable law, BCC Live policies, contractual obligations, security needs, and production-record requirements.
Revoking device permissions may stop future collection of certain types of information, but it may not delete information previously submitted, uploaded, processed, or retained as part of production or business records.
14. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information handled through the Website and App. However, no system, network, device, software, vendor, or transmission method is perfectly secure. You are responsible for using strong credentials, protecting your devices, following BCC Live security procedures, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access or security issues.
15. Intellectual Property
The Website, App, software, designs, workflows, text, graphics, logos, names, icons, code, interfaces, and related materials are owned by BCC Live or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by BCC Live, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Website, App, or related materials.
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and brand features used in connection with the Website or App are the property of their respective owners.
16. App Store and Platform Terms
If you access or download the App through a third-party app store, operating system, device platform, or distribution platform, your use may also be subject to that platform’s terms and policies. These Terms apply between you and BCC Live and do not replace any applicable platform terms.
17. Operational Nature of the App
The App is a production-support tool. It is not designed or guaranteed to be available without interruption and should not be used as the sole system for emergency response, medical assistance, life safety, legal compliance, or other safety-critical functions.
You are responsible for following applicable production procedures, safety protocols, venue rules, client requirements, and supervisory instructions.
18. Disclaimers
The Website and App are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, BCC Live disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
We do not guarantee that the Website or App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, or available at any particular time or location. We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs, third-party vendor systems, cloud functions, schedules, inventory records, or ticketing information will be error-free or suitable for every use.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BCC Live, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, vendors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, production interruption, business interruption, reputational harm, or loss of goodwill arising out of or related to the Website, App, these Terms, third-party services, AI-generated outputs, or your use of or inability to use the Website or App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BCC Live’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Website, App, or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid directly to BCC Live to use the App in the twelve months before the claim arose, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
20. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BCC Live and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, vendors, and licensors from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your misuse of the Website or App, violation of these Terms, violation of law, unauthorized disclosure of confidential information, or User Content you submit.
21. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the App at any time if we believe access is no longer authorized, your role changes, a production ends, your account is inactive, your use creates risk, or you violate these Terms or applicable BCC Live policies.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including confidentiality, intellectual property, data retention, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute provisions.
22. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the Website, or the App will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we update the Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Website or App after updated Terms are posted or made available means you accept the updated Terms.
